Terms of Use
1. Agreement
By downloading or using Wallnote Gallery (the "App"), you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the App.
2. Eligibility
You must be an adult (at least 18, or the age of majority where you live) to create an account. The App is for parents, guardians, and other authorized adults managing a private family gallery. You are responsible for all activity under your account and for information you enter about children.
3. The service
The App lets you upload photos of children's artwork, organize them in a private family gallery, optionally add captions (including optional AI-assisted museum notes), share or export copies you choose (single JPEG, Save for frame into Photos, or gallery ZIP of up to 50 copies), delete a child's album, and create read-only viewing links for one child's gallery. Features, quotas, and availability may change.
Compressed storage is intended to remain free for retained memories under our current product policy, subject to these limits and these Terms:
- 10 uploads per parent per calendar day (UTC)
- 2 successful AI museum notes per artwork (failed drafts do not count)
- 20 successful AI museum notes per parent per calendar day (UTC) (failed drafts do not count)
We may change quotas to protect the service from abuse.
4. Accounts and family sharing
You must provide accurate auth information and keep credentials secure. Family invite features allow other adults you invite to access the same gallery. Only invite people you trust. Viewing links grant read-only browser access to one child's gallery to anyone who has the URL. You can revoke them or let them expire. You are responsible for their use.
5. Your content
You retain rights to artwork photos and notes you upload ("User Content"). You grant us a limited license to host, process, transmit, and display User Content solely to operate the App (including sending an image, a child's first name, and age band to our AI provider when you request generation after consent). You represent you have the rights to upload the content and to grant this license, and that content does not violate law or others' rights.
6. Acceptable use
You agree not to: upload unlawful or harmful content; attempt to bypass quotas or security; scrape or attack the service; use the App for public distribution of children's images beyond your private family invites and viewing links; post viewing links to public directories or social feeds; or misuse AI generation. We may suspend accounts that threaten safety, privacy, or service stability.
7. AI features
Active provider: Cloudflare Workers AI (Google Gemma model). While this page is published, optional museum notes are sent only to Cloudflare Workers AI, not to Google Gemini, Alibaba Cloud Model Studio, or OpenRouter. Cloudflare processes those requests on its network to provide Workers AI and states that it does not use them to train the models on Workers AI, or to improve Cloudflare or third-party services, without separate consent. The in-app consent screen names Cloudflare Workers AI before you agree.
Optional AI notes are provided "as is." AI captions may be inaccurate, incomplete, or inappropriate. A note is drafted by the AI provider named on the consent screen before you agree. Only one provider is active at a time. The published Privacy Policy states which one is active, and it is updated in the same release as a switch. You must review and edit a caption before relying on it or sharing it. AI is not a substitute for parental judgment. You may skip generation, write your own note, or revoke consent in the App.
8. Intellectual property
The App, branding (including Wallnote / Wallnote Gallery), and software are owned by us or our licensors. These Terms do not transfer ownership of the App to you.
9. Third-party services
The App relies on third parties named in the Privacy Policy, including Apple, Google Firebase and Google Cloud, Cloudflare R2, PostHog, OneSignal, and Sentry, and on the AI provider named there when you ask for a museum note (Cloudflare Workers AI running a Google Gemma model, unless the published Privacy Policy names a different active provider). Their terms and policies also apply when you use those services through the App.
10. Disclaimers
THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW. We do not warrant uninterrupted or error-free operation, or that AI captions will be accurate or meet your expectations.
11. Limitation of liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE ARE NOT LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, MEMORIES, OR RELIANCE ON AN AI CAPTION, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE APP. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM RELATING TO THE APP IS LIMITED TO THE GREATER OF (A) AMOUNTS YOU PAID US FOR THE APP IN THE 12 MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM OR (B) USD $50.
This limit does not apply to liability that cannot be limited under applicable law, and it does not limit the parental or privacy rights described in the Privacy Policy. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limits. In those cases, limits apply only to the fullest extent allowed.
12. Termination
You may stop using the App at any time. You may delete a child's album from Family, or delete your account in the app from Family, then About this gallery, then Delete Account (or About and Delete Account on the family setup screen). If other parents remain and you are the current family owner, deleting your account removes your membership and ownership transfers automatically to another remaining parent so the family can still manage invites and members. If you are the only parent, that family gallery is dissolved as described in the Privacy Policy. We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these Terms or to protect the service. Provisions that should survive (license to operate already-processed data as required, disclaimers, liability limits, and the Apple terms below) will survive.
13. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, excluding conflict-of-law rules, unless mandatory consumer protections in your place of residence say otherwise.
14. Apple App Store license
If you downloaded the App from the Apple App Store, you and we agree to the following. These are the minimum terms Apple requires when we use our own terms instead of Apple's standard licensed-application agreement. If one of these points conflicts with the rest of these Terms, the point Apple requires controls for that conflict.
Acknowledgement. These Terms are between you and FengShui Master AI Inc. only, and not with Apple. We, not Apple, are solely responsible for the App and its content.
Scope of license. We grant you a non-transferable license to use the App on any Apple-branded products that you own or control, as permitted by the Usage Rules in the Apple Media Services Terms and Conditions. The App may also be accessed and used by other accounts associated with the purchaser through Family Sharing or volume purchasing.
Maintenance and support. We are solely responsible for maintenance and support of the App, as described in these Terms or as required by law. You and we acknowledge that Apple has no obligation to furnish any maintenance or support for the App.
Warranty. We are solely responsible for any product warranties, whether express or implied by law, to the extent not effectively disclaimed. If the App fails to conform to any applicable warranty, you may notify Apple, and Apple will refund the purchase price of the App to you. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Apple has no other warranty obligation for the App. Any other claims, losses, liabilities, damages, costs, or expenses attributable to a failure to conform to a warranty are our sole responsibility.
Product claims. We, not Apple, are responsible for addressing claims by you or a third party relating to the App or your possession or use of it, including: (i) product liability claims; (ii) any claim that the App fails to conform to a legal or regulatory requirement; and (iii) claims under consumer protection, privacy, or similar law.
Intellectual property claims. If a third party claims that the App, or your possession and use of it, infringes that party's intellectual property rights, we, not Apple, are solely responsible for the investigation, defense, settlement, and discharge of that claim.
Legal compliance. You represent and warrant that (i) you are not located in a country that is subject to a U.S. Government embargo, or that has been designated by the U.S. Government as a "terrorist supporting" country, and (ii) you are not listed on any U.S. Government list of prohibited or restricted parties.

Third-party terms. You must comply with applicable third-party terms when you use the App, including your wireless data service agreement.
Third-party beneficiary. You and we acknowledge and agree that Apple, and Apple's subsidiaries, are third-party beneficiaries of these Terms. When you accept these Terms, Apple has the right (and will be deemed to have accepted the right) to enforce these Terms against you as a third-party beneficiary.
15. Changes
We may update these Terms by posting a new version and updating the date above. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance where permitted by law.

17. Reporting a concern
If you see something in a family gallery or on a viewing link that concerns you, choose Report a concern in the App under Family or About this gallery, or on the viewing page. That opens an email to support@wallnoteapp.com. We review reports of concerning content within 24 hours.
